Refund and Cancellation Policy
ONLY clients who choose the monthly recurring payment option may choose to cancel payments for the program.
If a client cancels before the full completion of the program, the student will lose access to the bonuses and the modules of the program
Only clients who pay in full for the entire program are allowed to gain life-time access to the modules.
Should the client fail to provide any one of the above following items, then the client’s refund is then declared voided, and no longer valid. NO REFUND shall be given to a client, other than through the conditions stated above.

1:1 Coaching: Program Course (Modules Only)
You agree to pay, and authorize Shaheda Daya’s third party payment processor to charge using your selected payment method, for all applicable fees and taxes to use our Services or purchase our products. All fees are in US Dollars. Shaheda Daya is not responsible for charges, import charges, bank fees, or foreign exchange rates applied by your Credit Card Company and/or financial institution. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to us.
Refund Policy (For Coaching Program Course, Modules Only)
This guarantee is the ONLY refund policy that Shaheda Daya’s Program offers.
This guarantee states that if the customer has taken action on EVERY SINGLE assignment within The Program, and still is not satisfied with the results obtained from the Program, from a STRICTLY productivity/time management perspective, then the customer may request for a refund according to the following conditions.
To qualify for the refund the client must submit proof IN FULL COMPLETION of the following things:
–100% completion and viewership of all 8 week’s worth of modules (Our system can track to see how much of a certain video was watched. It must show a 100% viewership completion on our software in order for this to be qualified as complete).
–100% completion and viewership of all 8 week’s worth of Q/A recordings.
–100% completion of each week’s assignment worksheets (Includes Weekly Performance Evaluation, in addition to each week’s assignment modules).
–Each of these worksheets is required to be printed, in order for the client to qualify for this refund.
Should the client fail to provide any one of the above following items, then the client’s Money-Back Guarantee is then declared voided, and no longer valid. NO REFUND shall be given to a customer, other than through the conditions stated above.
